Insurance and Payment

We file to all PPO Insurance Plans – including Humana and Delta Dental PPO on your behalf. As a courtesy to you we will be happy to do a complimentary benefits check prior to your appointment.  Please be sure to give us a week’s notice if you would like us to check for you.

We’re always happy to provide an estimate of fees before any work is done. We ask that patients, even those with insurance, pay all fees at the time of service. We will then file your claim for insurance reimbursement to be paid directly to you. Our recent experience has been that payments usually arrive within one to two weeks of the claim being filed.

Payment Options

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards (MC, VISA, AMEX, Discover), CareCredit, and personal checks for payment. We invite you to pay online through our patient portal.

We file to your insurance plans* as a courtesy.  Please note: We do not accept any state assisted insurance.

Financial Support and Treatment Plans

We know some of our patients occasionally struggle to meet the daily financial challenges, and we will work with you to develop a treatment plan for you, which fits your budget. CareCredit may be accepted for those who do not receive a discount for participating insurance plans. Please call our office if you have any questions on using Care Credit prior to your visit.
